Originally built in 1896, “The Greenehouse” was at the center of the booming garment district in Baltimore city. In fact, Erlanger Brothers Clothing manufactured their best-known product, BVD underwear, beneath our very roof. In 1904, the tragic Great Baltimore Fire amazingly spared the historic building, enabling it to a part of Baltimore’s transition into the industrial age.
